Welcome to Hudson Family Wellbeing centre. Based in Hudson Primary School, our service brings a holistic range of services together for our local families, alongside a vast array of agencies within Sefton. 

We recognise that we all can use some help at various times in our lives and our centre offers an open door to that support regardless of your circumstances. In addition to this early help, we promote children’s development and early attachment through free baby massage classes and structured programs such as:



• Shine – our award-winning emotional wellbeing course.
• Our parenting support classes, include parenting children with SEN
• Wellbeing events and children’s positive mental health workshops.
