At Hudson Primary School, we are committed to using our funding responsibly, effectively and in the best interests of our pupils.
Financial benchmarking allows us to compare how we use our resources with other schools and similar settings. This can help us understand patterns in areas such as staffing, educational resources, premises, energy and other day-to-day expenditure, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value for money.
Benchmarking is one of the tools we use alongside our own financial planning, budget monitoring and school improvement priorities. It helps leaders and governors ask important questions about how our resources are being used and whether they are supporting the best possible outcomes for children.
We are committed to transparency and responsible financial management, ensuring that available resources are carefully considered and directed towards the priorities that have the greatest impact on our pupils and the quality of education we provide.
