Our school policies help us create a safe, respectful and supportive environment where children can learn, grow and experience excellence.

They set out the expectations, principles and procedures that guide life at Hudson Primary School and help us promote fairness, wellbeing, inclusion and consistency across our school community. They also ensure that our practice meets relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Our policies cover important areas of school life, including safeguarding, behaviour, attendance, SEND, equality, health and safety, teaching and learning, and the wellbeing of our children and staff.

We encourage parents, carers, staff and other members of our school community to read the policies relevant to them and to contact the school if they have any questions.

Our policies are reviewed regularly to ensure that they remain current, effective and reflective of Hudson’s values and practice.
